Help your colleagues to get the most out of Microsoft 365

WorkplaceBuddy announces that user subscriptions can now be purchased through Microsoft Teams and Azure. Billing can be done by credit card or can be added to the existing billing of Microsoft Azure customers. A freemium version of WorkplaceBuddy is available as well.

“Organizations now look more at solutions which are more cost effective and more efficient as a 24/7 support tool.” says Sjoerd Koolen, co-founder of WorkplaceBuddy who used to be an adoption consultant at Microsoft himself. “I myself experienced as a consultant how hard it is to scale your approach and how hard it is to deal with the many different needs and different digital skills of employees. Impact was further suppressed because most adoption consultants need to spend most time on basic questions and guidance.”

WorkplaceBuddy provides reactive and proactive guidance based on an individual’s needs. This starts with a quick interview, where the WorkplaceBuddy chatbot asks a couple of questions to get a better understanding of your profile and digital skills. This way, it becomes possible to provide every individual a personal learning journey based on their needs. Next, WorkplaceBuddy proactively provides users with tips and challenges through “campaigns” which is a set of proactive messages delivered through Teams. Last, people can ask their questions which will be answered as a service. This will be answered by actual Microsoft 365 experts from WorkplaceBuddy, unless the chatbot already knows the answer.

Moving forward, WorkplaceBuddy is focusing on topics like security awareness training and insights, the French language will be added, and the algorithm will be upgraded so guidance will be even more tailored to the needs of individual people.

You can directly find WorkplaceBuddy in Azure or in the app store of Teams, and on AppSource. More information can be found on the website or by reaching out!
